Photo Guide
If you follow our photo guidelines, your photos will likely be suitable for use.
- Ensure the photo is taken in good lighting. Avoid overexposure or overly dark images. The edges should be clear and well-defined. Outdoor settings or clean backgrounds work best.
- Try to take the photo at eye level.
- A frontal photo is preferred. Unless you request a side view, we recommend using the same angle for all images.
- Facial expressions are welcome. A smile, playful expression, or other facial expressions are fine.
- Do not cover the person's face with hands. Typically, hands will not appear in the stamp design.
- Avoid wearing scarves, hats, or other accessories that cover the head or face. Glasses are acceptable.
- For couple or group stamps, the people can either be in the same photo or separate ones. Just make sure each photo meets the guidelines. We will combine them for the final design.
- If you want to include a pet in your stamp, an additional fee will apply. Pet photos should also meet the same standards as those for people.
- You are allowed to upload up to 3 photos. If you have more images, please email them to us along with your order number.
- If you'd like to add a name or logo to the stamp, please provide the logo image or a photo of your handwritten name. Otherwise, we will choose an appropriate text based on our understanding.
We have a dedicated team that checks photos when the order is placed. If there are any issues with your photo, we will contact you via email promptly.
If we need you to submit a new photo, it may delay your delivery time by a few days.
Please note: If we inform you that the original photo may not produce the best quality artwork and you choose not to provide a new photo, we cannot issue a refund. You are responsible for ensuring the photos you provide meet your satisfaction.

Shipping times vary depending on the destination, but typically, orders arrive within 7 days.
We offer trackable shipping methods, so once your order is dispatched, you can track its status online.
If you have specific timing requirements, please select your desired delivery date on the order page. I will do my best to complete your order by the requested date. (Please allow at least 10 days for processing.)

Is my photo good enough to use?
We check all photos we receive. Usually the photo is perfectly fine.If there's a problem we'll email you and explain the issue, and request some new photos via email Photos that work best are taken in good, natural lighting, and at eye-level .

Can I engraving more than one item on one stamp?
Yes! We offer a variety of options to meet your needs.
Currently, we have options for individual portrait stamps, couple portrait stamps, family portrait stamps, and group portrait stamps.We can accommodate up to 6 people (including pets) in a single design.
Can I see the artwork before engraving?
Yes you can. All customers get to preview their artwork and request any changes before printing. We'll email you once your preview is ready.
Mostly you will receive the first draft within 3 days after placing your order.

How do you produce your artwork?
After you place your order, we typically provide a first draft within three days. We create the digital design using Procreate software. You can then approve the design or request revisions. The revised design will be provided within 1-3 days. Again, you can approve it or suggest further changes. I’m happy to make adjustments until you’re completely satisfied, but please note that revisions may add 1-3 days to the process.
Once you approve the final design, I will begin the carving process, which takes about 3 days, and then we will ship your order.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can change your order for 24 hours. If you placed your order more than 24 hours ago, we can't guarantee that we can change it.
Do you offer refunds?
As your order is 100% unique and custom made just for you, we do not accept returns / refunds.

What if I don't like the artwork?
We're 100% dedicated to ensuring you love your artwork!
Once your portrait is ready, we'll notify you via email. You have 3 days to either send us your edit requests, or approve it for engraving. If 3 days go by and we don't hear from you, we'll consider it approved and will proceed with engraving.
We're proud to offer unlimited revisions free of charge, so you can be confident you'll love your portrait.
