Returns and Exchanges Policy

 

We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

• Contact me within: 5 days of delivery
• Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
• Request a cancellation within: 24hrs of purchase

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for:

• Finished custom or personalised orders
• Items on sale

Cancellation of a Custom Piece:

• NOT STARTED - 100% refund within 30 days if no draft has been started. 
• DRAFT - 50% refund can be requested if only a draft has been produced. That said, I will do my very best to provide edits to get your draft to your liking.
• COMPLETED - Non-refundable once final custom product is made.

Cancelled Orders after 30 Days
Picture to Stamp policy is to cancel any custom order where the customer does not respond to emails or text messages (if phone is provided.) If you do not see or ignore my draft emails, your order will be cancelled within 30 days of the last time you responded (please whitelist the email support@picturetostamp.com to avoid this.) Cancelled orders are non-refundable. This applies to custom Picture to Stamp products.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Lost or missing mail
If you are selecting REGULAR, UNTRACKED mail, I *CANNOT* locate the package nor guarantee an arrival date and am unable to provide refunds/replacements should any issues arise.

Please be sure that you have a safe place to recieve your mail, porch pirates are rampant, and custom artwork and kits will not be replaced if their tracking states it has been delivered.
